All collections/delivery will take place within two hours of the agreed time.
If you’re dissatisfied with any item of furniture, we’ll replace it within two working days
Your furniture will arrive clean and in showroom condition
Any necessary substitutions will be of equal or greater value than the original item. You may keep the substitution at no additional cost, or replace it when the original item becomes available
