Apartmentalize 2022

The NAA's Apartmentalize event has to be seen to be believed.

The scale of the event is far bigger than you would ever imagine.

Over 12,000 people attended, from every aspect of the multi-family industry, nation-wide.

559 exhibitors were there, with stands spread across one vast exhibition hall.

You could choose from over 100 education sessions in three packed days, with insights into marketing, talent attraction and retention, leadership, resilience, operational efficiency, maintenance, sustainability, amenity planning, customer profiles and retention and so, so much more.

Opening introductions from the NAA leadership, a keynote interview with basketball legend and entrepreneur Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and a closing session with Hollywood icon Rob Lowe.

A mid-week party on USS Midway, the historic WWII aircraft carrier, photos with a Tom Cruise lookalike, comedian Jeff Foxworthy and music from Tone Loc. And lastly, the Friday night farewell party for everyone which saw whole streets of San Diego's historic Gaslamp district closed off for the event.

This was a true celebration of the whole multi-family industry, a chance for the whole industry to reconvene, reconnect and re-energise after the past two years, attended by professionals from every level and every function key to a successful operation and industry; C-suite, leasing agents, maintenance, HR, finance and technology.

If you weren't there this year, don't miss Atlanta 2023. It is an amazing opportunity to learn, to meet, and to engage with peers in the industry. You won't regret it.
