Our PRS furniture is guaranteed for the rental duration and we supply, deliver, install (including making up beds, putting crockery away etc.) and then remove the furniture once it’s no longer required. Our rental terms mean you can spread the cost of the furniture over the rental period, freeing up your capital.

Furniture Lease Purchase

If you want to own the furniture at the end of the contract, we can offer you a lease purchase option. We can lease the Build to Rent furniture to you for up to 3 years. Choosing this option enables us to create bespoke furniture designs to suit your brand and development, as we can source products outside of our standard ranges.

Down to The Last Teaspoon

We supply everything needed to set up a home. We can supply white goods, sofas, kitchenware, linens, beds, mattresses, TVs, lamps, and home décor items such as rugs and mirrors.

In-house Design Services

As well as PRS furniture rental, we have an in-house design service which is free to all of our customers. We can work from floor plans and can also visit your properties to ensure that we put together a design that's right for you and your brand.

Service Is In Our Name

We pride ourselves on delivering a personalised, friendly and professional service that starts from the moment you call us. We're available throughout your rental to advise or assist. Our uniformed furniture installation team will carefully deliver and place your furniture within the property.

What's more, if you've ordered bedding, we'll make up the beds and if you've ordered household items, we'll put them all away. We'll even tune TVs, set up lighting with bulbs, etc. We'll remove all rubbish and packaging and leave the property tidy and ready for its residents.
