The only way is furniture rental for Mark Wright

We were excited to be asked by TV presenter Mark Wright to furnish his new four-bedroom show home in Chigwell to help entice prospective purchasers with some luxurious Essex style. Our in-house interior design team came up with a sophisticated and contemporary look to dress the property while it is on the market.

So you’re moving to the UK? That’s great news! You’ll be living in one of the most historic and culturally diverse countries in the world.

The UK has a myriad of property types from period properties to urban apartments. Smaller period properties can often have quite small rooms, halls and staircases, so choose smaller items which can fit through the door of the property and won't take up too much space in the room.

Step into Spring!

Learnings From the US Multi-Family Model

Jeff Rowe, Vice President of our parent company CORT, presented a conference session explaining the role that furniture rental plays in turning a rental property into a home. Apartments are usually let unfurnished in the US but operators often offer a furniture rental service. This is supplied a third party furniture rental company such as CORT, which is the market leader, but offered as an extension of the property management company, giving tenants the option of renting furniture without the landlord having to invest in buying it. This model is readily transferring to the UK and we are already working with most of the main PRS operators.
